3. Be kind even when others are aloof and acting 'cool cruel'
4. Spontaneous silliness in public to make you and others smile
5. Draw, even if you can't
6. Look up
7. Be ok with being sad its just another feeling
8. Take your shoes and sock off walk on wet grass
9. Lay next to a cat / dog and see things from their perspective
10. Pay for someone who is short on change
11. Wave like a child at people in cars, buses, trains, boats
13. Take life minute by minute, no I got through that, I got through that, I got through that.....
14. Buy yourself a toy
15. Be kind to people coming up reassure the younger generation, they're scared too
16. Run with your eyes closed in a open space
17. Move forward the past is gone the future hasn't happened, you only have now
18. Hold your own hand in scary and stressful situations
19. Hug people /allow yourself to be hugged
20. Dance like a maniac and bounce on the sofa to the loudest fastest tune you know ....
